BOOK REVIEWED : The Confessions (An Original Sinners Collection) by Tiffany Reisz !!

BOOK RELEASE : 15,March,2016
“5 SOREN STARS”

Dear Tiffany Reisz,

I have read and re-read THE ORIGINAL SINNERS several times. I am an addict to your writing. For me you are the epitome of a brilliant author who can create stories like magic. There is always an air of mystery that leaves anyone greedy for more and more of your stories. Never could I write a review for your books, because I always felt the characters you created are so grand, that writing something about them may not justify them appropriately. I always lacked words to describe the multiple emotions I go through while reading your stories. To say I finish your books in one go, wont be something fancy because anybody who has ever read even a single book you have written, must do the same. I have waited for your books like any other mad Soren addict would. I am honoured to have received the ARC of The Confessions and I am extremely grateful. I was ecstatic even before I started and of course I finished the story in tears. Is it weird that I always finish your books in tears, because you know there is going to be a long way before you get another one and parting with your favourite characters is so sorrowful. Like I say your writing is magical, I feel so connected to the story and every single character left a deep mark in my memory. Thank you for writing such beautiful characters and giving us an escape in your wonderland.

A Die-hard Fan,
Mybooklatte

EXCERPT :

Father Ballard sat up straighter when he sensed a presence behind him. Smiling he glanced skyward again. “Stop paying attention to us,” he whispered in his mind, a prayer God was sure to answer with a hearty “no.” Where Father Marcus Stearns was concerned, God always paid attention.

When Ballard leaned his head back, the presence behind him leaned forward.

“Six months, Marcus,” Father Ballard said, tapping his wrist as if he were checking the time. “No one goes six months without sinning.”

“Do you have time for me today?”

“I might. What’s her name?” he asked, his usual joke when another priest approached him for confession. Ballard looked back and saw Marcus had his rosary beads wrapped around his fingers. Something about the way he held them, tight and nervous, made Ballard’s blood drop a degree or two in his veins.

“Eleanor.”

Mybooklatte’s Review:

The Confessions by Tiffany Reisz in The Original Sinner series is the last leg. I am glad I read this book as it answered a lot of question marks I had from the series. Even though as the series progress, a lot of mysteries were solved, but this book will answer every question you may have. The confessions gave me peace.

It was witty and grand as always. I was dying to hear Soren’s and Nora’s confession. Oh my !!!!! No wonder it gave Father Ballard all the greys he adorned. As a plus, you will get Tiffany’s take on the book. Her inspirations and a lot of questions I subconsciously had regarding the characters, have been answered. Its amazing how her mind works and I can never say enough that her work is simply brilliant. I don’t even have to say that you should read it, because I know like me you have been waiting to hear their confessions forever.
